Other methodas like 'Free Shipping' and what so ever(even tablerates) will still work, no problem.

After adding a method, you can add its zones. Zones can be mass imported by pasting country names line by line or comma separated. It is even possible to 'copy inverted' to be quick.

After having the zones, you add the rates to the zones. After all you can assign the methods per Website(will generate the entire table in seconds).
