BOOTH SPACE ASSIGNMENTUpon approval of Sponsorship Application and full payment of sponsor fee, LWP will notify the sponsor of their reserved booth space on a first come first serve basis.

CANCELLATION & REFUNDIn the event the Sponsor wishes to cancel their participation in the event, they must notify LWP in writing. If such cancellation is received by LWP no later than 6 weeks prior to the event kick-off date, LWP will refund 50% of the payment. If LWP is notified less than 6 weeks prior to the event kick-off date, no refund will be issued.
