ALTERNATIVE PLANS: HAGL’s furniture is known as products which arebest quality in Vietnam because their products create by their wood that nurture in good condition so its price is really expensive. Because of this reason, most of Vietnamese people cannot purchase HAGL’s product because Vietnamese income is still in the average. Understand that issue, HAGL try to help Vietnamese in anyway and it also help them in this big market. They not only give Vietnamese customer many discount and many combos in special occasion, for example: in Tet holiday, their combo is 4 chairs and 1 table which cost 5 million VND, etc. That makes HAGL sell more product and on the other hand, customer can own the best furniture. While, they expand their business in other countries in South East Asia for expand their business. However, advertising in the Internet is one of the strength of HAGL because of the technical developing. Furthermore, one of the biggest steps of HALG is connecting with football, especially Arsenal which is England football team. That institute makes them more and more famous. HAGL Group is a company which has a long history in Vietnam and owns a lot of experience. With qualified workers and high-tech technologies, brand reputation, professionalism and quality product, potential financial and has a close relationship with famous bank, HAGL easily became a famous brand in Vietnam.

Weakness:

From 2010 to present, brand HAGL tend to decrease. This is partly because marketing activities are not strong. The second reason is the company has not focused much on foreign market (except Southeast Asia) and northern Vietnam.

Opportunities:

As more and more Vietnamese people use Internet and prefer to shop online, so that, HAGL’s product can appear on more online channels like Zalora, Facebook… and create more campaigns to marketing their products (example: HAGL real estate campaign). Moreover, they should focus on northern Vietnam and foreign market such as USA, Singapore, England, and China...

Threat:

With huge competition from other carriers, HAGL is gradually lost momentum in the market domination Vietnam. Also HAGL additionally did not have any effective marketing campaigns nor engage in hot markets such as the Internet markets which made HAGL lost in Vietnam market domination.
