Almond Butter Chocolate Chunk CookiesThese cookies only require 5 simple ingredients, and are quick and easy to make! They're also gluten free, grain free, paleo and keto friendly.
MATERIALS
· Recipe Ingredients
· Baking Sheet
· Parchment Paper/Silicone Mat
· Measuring Cups& Measuring Spoons
· Knife & Cutting Board
· Large Mixing Bowl
· Spatula
· Oven
INSTRUCTIONS
— Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line a large cookie sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.
— In a large bowl, beat the almond butter, sweetener, and vanilla together until smooth. Beat in the egg. The dough should thicken and come together like regular cookie dough. Stir in the chopped chocolate.
— Roll into 1 inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet. You should get about 16 cookies. Press down lightly to flatten to about ½ inch thick.
— Bake 10 to 15 minutes, until the cookies are puffed and set around the edges but still very soft in the middle. Remove and let cool completely.
