Designed and implemented Academic Scholars community geared at first year Transfer students which included Computer Science- Engineering, Biological Sciences, and Transfer student success

Student Staff Training Coordinator; Plan and coordinate campus-wide RA training which includes over 180 student staff and various campus departments to implement a comprehensive and intensive training and social justice education program

Conduct assessment methods such as focus groups and campus lab surveys to help inform and retain students in their decision to live on campus

Involved students with, and worked on, University-wide events including Triton Jam, Transfer Admit Day and Sun God Music Festival.

Collaborate directly with the Office of Admissions on Triton Transfer Day which welcomes newly admitted students to UCSD which included residential tours and housing information sessions

Coordinator of the Residential Orientation program which includes welcome week programming, housing information session, and team building activities.

Worked on all-campus Residential Life committees including Alcohol and Other Drugs, Assessment, Resident Advisor Selection, and Diversity education

Advise the Residential Student Council programming board in the planning and implementation of social, educational, cultural and community service oriented events.
