Total Station Services:

Services that we provide using Total stations are:

Topographic survey / AMSL Transfer:

Plot Survey, Boundary survey, Road survey, Slum Survey, Bridge Survey,

Contour Survey, AMSL Transfer (Bench Mark), Mountain survey etc.

The purpose of topographic survey is to collect data about the natural and

manmade features of land as well its elevations.

So, we collect data with our highly advance machines to provide high

accuracy and give accurate data to our clients.

- For example, buildings, dimensions, area, small structures, Directions,

fences, elevations, trees, light poles, footpaths, manhole, road levels, streams,

references, thicknesses and more as per our clients requirements as we give

detailed survey of the land, road etc. in AutoCAD Drawing, PDF, Hard Copy in

required scale, CDs etc.

Construction Survey / Stake out :

It is required for setting out or mark

the reference points that will guide

the constructions of new structures

such as roads and buildings. Verify

the location of structures, open

spaces, DP, CTS etc.. as per

requirements during construction.

The points are given by Co-

ordinates Eg (XX,YY,ZZ), measuring

tape,

Building Grid which are marked on site to give location of the structures or

whatever is to be built .

For Ex: Column points, Face Points, Pile points, Configuration of piles, CTS,

DP points, Solar panel points, Structure’s points as any setting out required by

our clients.

Quantity Surveying:

We also calculate & provide

BOQ of whole structure along

with Bar Bending Schedule.

Floor Plan & Carpet Area Survey:

We use the latest technology to

produce accurate and highly detailed

floor plans, sections and elevation of

existing buildings / structures.

Some of the typical details on a floor

plans would include structural wall,

columns, beams, door, windows,

sanitary fixtures, stairs, floor levels,

floor to ceiling level, sill heights of

windows. Etc.

From a simple record plan to a comprehensive room by room database of all

fixtures and fittings, a survey can be tailor made to clients specific needs.

DGPS / GIS SURVEY SERVICES:

Global Positioning System) which

is an enhancement to GPS (Global

Positioning System) that provides

AIRPORT

Complete Project setting out work from pile points to fitting of

machineries, Gantry, plot, building, etc. by using total station instrument.

As Navi Mumbai Project is under Construction & due to blasting of

Mountains it was a difficult task to complete.

TATA TRANSMISSION LINE SURVEY, NAVI MUMBAI AIRPORT

Transmission line towers were surveyed by us by using DGPS Instruments,

Hand Held DGPS and Total stations. It was a very difficult task for our team

as the towers were located in the mangroves of bay. With the help of boats

the team would reach the towers, the project was completed in rainy

season and due to the high and low tide the team at many times completed

tower survey during 4.00 a.m. in morning at various points the work

became very challenging but our team successfully completed the work

within time.

Complete detail survey of Nala including all the slum structure, internal

It was a very huge water stream but our team of professionals manages to
