Work Plan Phase I: July 1 – December 31, 2011

1. Convene Network to inform, plan, and leverage.

2. Build the mechanism for a re-entry process in the County jail system.

3. Plan for impacts of State realignment (AB 109).

4. Improve existing efforts for transition age youth up to 24 years.
