Fiber Connectors Series
Superiortec manufactures a range of SC and LC connectors suitable for various applications.
SC connectors are used in most of the latest network applications and with less parts and a plastic body which offers an economical option.
The LC connector is a small form factor fiber optic connector which helps to reduce the space on panels or outlets by 50%. It’s cost effective as it simplifies movements, additions and changes. The LC connector uses a 1.25mm ferrule which is half the diameter of the standard ferrule.
The SC connectors are available in singlemode both PC and APC and in multimode PC. The LC connectors are available in singlemode both UPC and APC and in multimode UPC.
The connectors come with standard boots suitable for 900μm, 2mm cable diameters (SC and LC) and 3mm cable diameters (SC).
The SC and LC connectors are available in standard colours including blue, green and beige.
Comply with IEC 61754-4, IEC 60784-14 and TIA 604-3 (SC connector) and with IEC 61754-20 and TIA 604-10-A (LC connector)
The SC connector features a push-pull coupling mechanism for easy insertion and consistent connection and the LC has a compact design based on RJ45 style interface
Zirconia ceramic ferrule with high end Ultra Physical Contact (UPC) finish

This high-quality punch down tool facilitates terminating data cables on the RJ-45 jacks. It comes with comfortable handle, and works with Cat5, Cat5e and Cat6 UTP/STP cables. It does not only terminate wire, but it also cuts off the excess wires in one step, resulting in efficient termination.
This crimping tool from Superiortec is used for terminating RJ45 plugs with four-pair, twisted cable to make patch cord assemblies. It can also be used for terminating a RJ12 or RJ11 plug with a three-pair or two-pair phone cable.
The cable stripper removes the outer sheath from most round data cables (up to 11mm in diameter) to prepare for termination. This tool is light-weight, small and easy to use: just insert cable and rotate the tool twice then remove cable for a quick and clean strip.
This fiber termination kit comes loaded with the high quality range of Superiortec Tools that facilitate fiber termination. All tools are packed into their own cut-foam compartment to keep them safe from damage, and all are presented in a robust and ruggedized case, ideal for such fragile equipment.
The case includes Inspection Scope, Fiber Optic Stripper and crimping tool, Kevlar Scissors, Cable Ringing Tool, Universal Stripping Tool, Fluid Dispenser, Sin Bin, Polishing Pucks, 1” Yellow Syringe Tips and syringes, pack of Lint Free Tissue, Lapping Film, Glass Polishing Plate, Heat Cure Epoxy and Termination Oven (for heat cure kits) or Cold Cure Epoxy and activator (for cold cure kits).
