AquaWorx Employee of the Quarter!

Amy is always willing to help any-one who asks. She will get several requests at once and is very good at managing her time and not letting this stress her out. She is always keeping herself busy and

she is never sitting around. She does a good job getting patient’s folders prepared for staff and communicates well with everyone. She takes time to talk to patients and is always nice and happy. Thank you for everything you do Amy!

Amy Henrie, PTA

Bob Whittaker, CNA

Skilled Nursing & Rehab Employee of the Month!

Bob works the evening shift on Wing 2. He is always ready to help either staff or resident with a smile and is never slacking. But most of all Bob is never complaining. He’s always the one to cheer up the wing and bring a smile to everyone’s face. Residents trust him

and can’t wait until 2pm rolls around because they know that’s when Bob comes in. Wing two has had a lot of turn over which has been stressful for a lot of people, but Bob is always talking nice and fair about everyone. His kind heart and soft nature are clearly visible in the work he does every day.

Shalise Summers, RN

Home Health & Hospice Employee of the Month!

Shalise was voted as Employee of the Month for July. Shalise is our Hospice Nurse, who is always on the go. She is confident, talented, efficient and caring and consistently goes above and beyond the

call of duty. While Shalise does her best to exceed the expectations and needs of her patients and their families during their most difficult times, she ensures she is always current on her knowledge and understanding of Hospice Rules and Regulations. Shalise ensures her charting is done in a timely manner so other visit nurses are able to care for her patients without issue. In regard to paperwork, it is always turned in completed and on time. She is com-mitted to providing comprehensive care, support, and education to patients facing life-limiting illnesses. She wants to make her patients last days as comfortable as possible. The Terrace Grove Administrator, Karmon Reese was quoted as saying,” Shalise is the best hospice nurse in Cache Valley”! We sure are happy to have you on our Team!

Mackenzie Womack, CNA

Terrace Grove Employee of the Month!

Mackenzie, is the kind of a person everyone loves to be around. She is always upbeat, positive, happy and this type of personality rubs off on everyone who comes in contact with her throughout the work day.

Mackenzie, loves our residents and they in turn love her! She is kind, caring and compassionate. It doesn’t matter what floor Mackenzie is scheduled on to work, you will be guaranteed she will do an excellent job. In Mackenzie’s spare time outside of work, she enjoys being in the great outdoors of Cache Valley. She loves to run, camp, and go 4-wheeling, and has a passion for animals of all kinds. We are happy she is on our Terrace Grove team. Congratulations Mackenzie for a job well done!

Sunshine Terrace is in need of some Electric Recliner

Lift Chairs for some of our rooms. Any clean chair in

good working order would be greatly appreciated.

We would love to have a Flat Screen TV in every

room. They not only help us look up-to-date, but they usually have better picture quality and are lighter than traditional

TVs.

Possible Eagle Scout Project:

One of our Storage areas is in need of some new selving. This would be a great basic building project for anyone looking to get their Eagle Scout.

Please contact Cindy Jones at [email protected] or 435-754-0244 if you are interested or have any questions.

Volunteering OpportunitiesTerrace Grove Assisted

Living is in need of volunteers. Please contact

Nancy Bennett at 435-716-0504 or email her at nancy.b@sunshineter-

race.com for more information.

We have summer picnics, bus rides, and other

summer adventures that we need your help with!

Looking for a Service Project? We are always open to

volunteer service projects from any Community Groups,

Schools or Churches.

Terrace Grove is wondering if anyone has an extra piano

lying around, or if you would like to buy us a new

one. The piano would be put in our Rec. Therapy room

and used for activities.
