THE judges regard Ronald Young & Co Builders as a progressive builder who is managing the growth of its business well and in a very professional manner.

Ronald Young & Co Builders is continuallylooking for ways to improve and is a leader in

the Tasmanian residential building industry. The company has clear key performance

indicators and developed systems to measure the effectiveness of their customer service, communication and digital marketing.

Professional Medium Builder winner: Ronald Young & Co

Light Commercial Project of the Year winner: AJR Construct

ONE of AJR Construct’s most prestigious completed projects was the construction of sleeping quarters, toilet facilities, cooking/dining hub with decking and a lookout cantilevered over a 300m cliff along the Three Capes Track. Due to the remote location being inaccessible by

ground, all materials, crew and amenities were requiredto be transported by helicopter to and from site. Minimal disturbance to the landscape was essential to expedite revegetation of the building site and AJR was respectful of the environment.
