PAYMENT: After registering on www.feisweb.com all fees must be paid online via the PayPal link on FeisWeb.com. Please be sure to include Family, FeisWeb, and any Late or Change fees. If all fees are not included, the entry will not be accepted. FEES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE AND NON-TRANSFERABLE.
CLOSING DATE for entries is Sunday, January 5, 2020. Late entries will be accepted with a $20 late fee per family from January 6 through January 10, 2020. No entries will be accepted after Friday, January 10, 2020.
COMPETITOR NUMBERS: Printable number card images will be available at www.feisweb.com. We encourage you to print your competitor number prior to the feis. In case you have not pre-printed your number, cards will be available at the feis.
COMPETITION CHANGES: In order to run an efficient feis, the Feis Committee reserves the right to cap, combine, split or cancel competitions if registration numbers are too low to run as a separate competition in all levels. When possible, these decisions will be posted on www.murrayacademyfeis.com prior to the feis.
PHOTOGRAPHY/VIDEO: Video or digital photography of any kind that has the capability of capturing a dancer’s image while in motion is strictly forbidden, except in Pre-Beginner, Beginner and Advanced Beginner categories.
TABULATIONS by FeisWeb www.feisweb.com. Marks will be provided for all competitors except Pre-Beginners. Preliminary and Open Champions will receive their marks at the feis. Grade results will be available on the FeisWeb website under “My Grade Results”.
