SUNDAY & WEEKDAY MASSES

1
Fifth Sunday of Lent 29th March 2020 Tawonga is a 10-year-old girl, living with a disability. She lives in a village in northern Malawi in a region plagued by food insecurity and poverty. For most of her life, her parents have struggled to put meals on the table. Tawonga often had to miss school because she was too sick from hunger. The family also faced discrimination in their community due to her disability. Since participating in a Caritas Australia supported program, Tawonga’s life has transformed. Her family now grows enough food to provide three meals a day, ending the struggle of malnutrition, and helping her thrive at school. Please donate to Project Compassion 2020 to so this transformational program can continue to empower vulnerable women, men and children, and strengthen the communities around them. We entrust ourselves to you, Health of the Sick, who at the cross took part in Jesus’ pain, keeping your faith firm. You, Salvation of the Roman People, know what we need, and we are sure you will provide so that, as in Cana of Galilee, we may return to joy and to feasting after this time of trial. Help us, Mother of Divine Love, to conform to the will of the Father and to do as we are told by Jesus, who has taken upon himself our sufferings and carried our sorrows to lead us, through the cross, to the joy of the resurrection. Amen. Under your protection, we seek refuge, Holy Mother of God. Do not disdain the entreaties of we who are in trial, but deliver us from every danger, O glorious and blessed Virgin. You can contact us by email at [email protected] or phone 6658 3544. Hope you all stay safe and well. We will continue to keep you updated weekly on our website and facebook. Looking forward to seeing everyone at the end of all this. Hi Everyone! Hope you are holding out OK during the present health crisis. I am so missing seeing you all at our weekend and weekday Masses. This is a difficult time, I know, and be assured you remain in my prayers. I will be available for Reconciliation on Saturday (11:30am-12:30pm) in Mary’s Peace Garden (blue garden seat in carpark of Church) maintaining “social distancing”. May God bless you and your family at this time.
