Thank you for your interest in The Ram’s Summit Room. We will do everything possible to ensure that your event is a

memorable one. We offer both private dining options as well as reserved tables in the main dining room.

FOOD & BEVERAGE

We will need a menu selection at least one week prior to your event. All food & beverage must be purchased through The Ram.

The only exception to this is a cake which we will charge a $1.00 per person plating fee.

For groups of 20 or less, we will arrange to have guests order off The Ram Menu. This is available during regular restaurant

hours of operation.

Please note that buffet selections require a minimum guarantee of 25 guests regardless of the number of persons served.

We provide a fully stocked bar which is available as an open bar, cash bar or using drink tickets.

Special meals for dietary, health, or religious reasons may be arranged. The exact number of special meals must be specified

with the guaranteed attendance.

GUARANTEES & TIME FRAMES ALLOWED

Please note that we ask you to provide us with an exact number of attendees 72 hours in advance (three business days) of your

event. After 72 hours we can only accept an increase in the number of expected attendees. However, should your number of

attendees decrease, we will charge you for the guaranteed number of guests. You will be charged for the Final Count or the

Guaranteed Number, whichever is greater.

The Summit Room is available until 10pm weekdays and 11pm on weekends. For times later than that an additional fee may

apply.

CANCELLATIONS

Should your confirmed reservation be cancelled within 30 days prior to your event, any deposit will be applied towards

your cancellation and is non-refundable.

DEPOSITS, BILLING & SERVICE CHARGES

We have a room charge of $100.00 for all Friday and Saturday events or for groups that may not meet minimum food and

beverage purchases on other nights. Please inquire when booking your event.

A 18% service charge and a 7% SD sales tax will apply to all charges.

PRICING AND FINAL PAYMENT

Prices for any event taking place more than 90 days after signed contract are subject to change without notice. Food and Beverage increase will not exceed 10%. Final payment is expected at the conclusion of your event. All or portions of your room deposit may be forfeited if excessive clean- up is required, such as decorations left on walls, confetti, or if carpet requires cleaning.
