CDC Guiding Principles

Programs to open July 6th

All new brochure- all existing summer programs are cancelled

BOUTIQUE PROGRAMS OFFERED Groups >10

No more than 3 groups at a site (<30)

Shortened hours

Outdoor spaces

All Staff 18+

All staff will receive special COVID health and cleaning training

All participants have completed Kindergarten and older

Residents Only

Must be Phase 2- will not change/loosen policies in phase 3

Car drop off and pick up/ Encouraging kids to bike and walk

Parent Pre-screening Check and Onsite wellness check

All Athletic Programs will run as clinics- No Team Sport Play

Each staff and participant will need to have a mask and will wear them when keeping a distance of 6 or more feet is not possible.

Limit to # of programs per child to allow for more families to participate

Medical Questions & Considerations

COVID Waiver

Medical Approval (anyone with any preexisting health concern must get doctor’s approval to attend)

Communicative Disease Plan

Working with Health Dept and waiting on state guidance for COVID response plan in case of staff or participant illness

As always, participants with special needs or medicalconsiderations will be addressed on a case by case basis to assureneeds can be met

of the State’s phased Re-opening plan

• All plans are made with the best of intentions but withthe understanding that if NYS does not feel we can offersafe, high quality programs with these restrictions, weretain the right to cancel any programs or end theseason immediately.
