Schedule Changes Burbank Adult School reserves the right to make changes in fees and assignments, and to cancel any course that does not have sufficient enrollment. Fees and Refunds Checks, money orders, credit cards and cash will be accepted. Returned checks will be charged a $20 fee payable in cash. A student is entitled to a full refund only if the class is cancelled. If a student chooses to withdraw from a class at least two business days before the start date of the class, the student must notify the office to receive a refund. All refunds not due to class cancellation are subject to a $10 processing fee. No refunds will be issued to any student after the first scheduled class session (including no shows). There are no refunds for class materials and/or books purchased by students. Senior Discount Seniors save $5 per class upon showing their current BSAC card. Students eligible for this program are those who have earned a grade of C or D and want to improve their grades for college admission or raise their gPA to play sports, participate in clubs, etc. APEX is not an NCAA approved program of instruction. Potential NCAA Division 1 student-athletes should first consult with their high school counselor before enrolling in this program. $149 fee is per 5 credit course. *$50 additional processing fee for students outside BUSD.
