Known for:- Saw Franchise - Dead silence - The tortured This is an American independent production company for creating horror films and has become renowned and well known due to their huge success of the Saw series which was a major hit which allowed them to create many sequels.

Known for:- The Texas Chainsaw Massacre- Friday The 13th - Nightmare on Elm Street This company has probably brought out the classics of horror movies that have made their mark in film but not necessarily been as successful as they would’ve hoped. However over the past five years they have been making a name for themselves mostly through co-producing big horror hits such as Ouija and having filmmaker Michael Bay owning the company.

The studio that I would like to work with and to distribute my film would be Blumhouse Productions as they are the top production company for horror films out of all the others discussed. I do not only want to work with them because of their reputation and high success rate for horror films but because of the fact that the films they have already produced, are similar to the film that I am wanting to produce. The story line and content matches the style of the films that they have already produced
