The issue relates directly to the MSCSA priorities of advocating for accessible, quality, and affordable public higher education.

The campaign will result in concrete and quantifiable improvement to students.

The issue has saliency, clarity, and resonance. The issue is widely and deeply felt among students. We have the resources needed to win. The issue will bring people together and not divide our

constituencies. The issue will strengthen MSCSA by recruiting new members

and energizing current members to greater level of activism. The campaign is winnable – having clear targets, a realistic

time frame and achievable goals.
