Action - You follow up next week from this conversation
Action – Not asking a question in return when a student asks you about your weekend…
….no eye contact when talking or give a ‘spaced-out’ un-interested out response

Action – you do not redirect class after children laugh at a wrong answer and passively create an unsafe environment.
