The Company Officinæ Verdi, Energy Efficiency Group di UniCredit (nata dalla JV con WWF), in appena 3 anni dalla sua nascita ha sviluppato operazioni in Italia e in Europa per circa 100M€ di investimenti in questo settore, consolidando una forte expertise nell’approccio integrato in settori chiave dell’economia reale quali real estate, infrastrutture, grande distribuzione organizzata, manifatturiero. Officinæ Verdi oggi è un Gruppo che opera in holding come Management Company e Advisor per sviluppare e strutturare operazioni di investimento “Green Economy Applied”, coniugando know-how finanziario e tecnologico in campo energetico, e avendo consolidato un know-how su progetti complessi di investimento (Energy Master Plan) per grandi organizzazioni. In holding al ruolo di Management Company si affiancano i 5 Competence Center (aree): Ænergy Investments, Corporate Operations, Engineering, Energy Management, Asset Management. Officinæ Verdi ha sviluppato una capacità operativa attraverso le società partecipate in grado di supportare tutta la filiera analisi – engineering – construction – certificazione ambientale degli interventi.
