A brief chronological account:

1. 1994: I held an Executive Assistant position with Hakim Optical Laboratories Ltd. My jobinvolved assisting the President, the General Manager, the Adveritising Manager, Mr. Hakim'spersonal secretary and the area managers, as well as various clerical duties and the processingof weekly store productivity reports. I also attended part-time evening legal secretarial/assistantstudies at Toronto School of Business during this time.

2. 1995: Finishing my legal secretary/assistant studies.

3. 1996: Long divorced, I met a torontonian man of Hungarian/Jewish/Gypsy origins by thename of Gza Imre Janny. He was also divorced and proposed marriage quickly. The gold ringhe used to propose turned out being a fake one. Our engagement was ruined and so I intendedto file a compaint with the police against Otto, whom allegedly duped him and ruined ourengagement, but Gza had stopped me and purchased a new engagement ring with diamonds.

4. 1998: We purchased a small convencience store near St. Clair/Davenport in Toronto (Sam'sFood Market), but sold it the same year as it turned out to be a bad investment.

5. 1999: Intending to pursue university education, I finished my Canadian GED as an adultstudent (math 88%, english 89%), and then successfully applied at the University of Toronto asa mature student. At that point Gza withdrew all support.

6. 2000: In order to finance my lengthy university studies (linguistics, specializing either onSpeech and Language Pathology or on neurolinguistics), I came up with a publication idea, abusiness directory for the whole of Canada's Hungarian communities, which I meticulouslyworked on. The name of my publication was "First Canadian-Hungarian Business Pages", adomain was also registered under www.hungarianbp.com. I contacted then Mayor MelLastman for a letter of introduction to be published in the first issue, a letter which Ireceived from Mr. Lastman on proper City of Toronto letterhead with his ownsignature.

7. June 11, 2001: On this day, I fled Canada in fear for my physical safety aftercountless death threats, a physical assault, having been traumatized into PTSD andhaving ended up in a T-intersection with a failed brake in the beginning of May 2001.The car was made to disappear the really next day. The death threats I received fromGza Janny included my body being chopped into pieces and my body parts scatteredall over the mountains so that I would never be found, and being "taken care of by hisGypsy friends in Toronto". Threats also came from Gza's first wife, Jolanta (the ownerof Lyon's House Bed and Breakfast Motel at Niagara-on-the-Lake), with whom we neverhad any personal contact or shared affair. Threats coming from her included me beinghunted down and murdered by the Jannys, my whole life being ruined, not being safeeven in my own country of origin, making sure I can never get a decent job in my lifeor even an apartment to rent (the original registered letter dated November 2000, inwhich these and other threats are listed are in my posession til this really day). In oneinstance, I was held captive against my will by Gza Imre Janny and Arthur Janny, hiseldest adult son, my wallet and cell phone confiscated, entrance door blocked, landline disconnected, until such time I was intimidated and coerced into writing a

statement denouncing all financial claims arising from our then 4 year common-law-marriage. I was followed, physically assaulted and subjected to other knownorganized stalking tactics. By the time I fled Canada I sufferred from PosttraumaticStress Disorder and my finances have been ruined.

(THE TERROR WAS SO SEVERE THAT APART FROM ENDING UP WITH PTSD, I ALSOHAD A PARTIAL FACIAL PARALYSIS, EXPERIENCED INVOLUNTARY EYE-NERVETWITCHING (DAMAGING OF THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM), MISSED OUTMENSTRUATIONAL PERIODS, AND MY HAIR TURNED WHITE ON THE TOP OF MY HEADAT AGE 30! THESE SYMPTOMS ARE TYPICAL CONCENTRATION CAMP SURVIVORSYMPTOMS.)

8. 2001 october: My sister and her husband's family, connected to organized crime,launched a proper psychological warfare against me in order terrorize me out of ourshared large property in Budapest. This warfare involved constant harassment, thedamaging of my personal belongings, relentless provocations with the most absurdinsults, noise campaigns, death threats, etc.

9. 2001 november-december: By the end of 2001, all my money was gone and mycredit cards were closed off. Upon contacting Gza Janny for money so that I mayreturn and move on, as per our final agreement prior to my departure, he had madlylaughed in the telephone and had told me that he will file police charges against me ifI dared to harass him. He refused to release all my belongings, including furniture,appliances, my client files, and my publication draft and all my gold jewellery. He keptthe cars as well. I had no winter clothing or boots to wear as I fled Canada with only asingle luggage filled with summer and autumn clothing.

10. 2002 May: On the first anniversary of the mysterious car accident, I was attacked bytwo Gypsies with knife at a restaurant while in the company of two friends. I was savedby a couple who unexpectedly came out to the patio, which forced the Gypsy to putaway his knife. The Gypsies knew the car we came with, therefore, I suspected that wewere being followed. (The Jannys had in fact threatened me with hunting me down inHungary and murdering me and Gza also threatened me once with stabbing me witha knife should I not stop crying.)

11. 2002 october: The man I had an intimate relationship with, a certain Attila Majoros,brought a damned gun into my home, showed me photographs of deadly car accidentswith dead bodies, made threatening statements and then called me a "suckingmachine" and left me. His family members harassed me. His cousin's, AnnaMariaSzegedi a Canadian-Hungarian dual citizen, jailbird brother, Norbert Szegedi,informed me that Attila has a list of targets, sort of a death list, and my name is on thatlist. Attila kept records of our intimate relationship and the recorded intimateinformation was later used by others to harass me. My sister and her husband, couldbe connected to the Majoros through the jail bird Szegedi Norbert and my brother-in-law's also jailbird brother. Annamaria Szegedi, a Canadian-Hungarian dual citizenwas also involved in organized crime.

12. 2002: Toward the end of the year I contacted an acquaintance in Toronto with therequest to talk to Otto, the jewellery seller, to find out if not knowing what Gzaintended to use the fake-gold ring for he had sold him the ring. Otto claimed he wouldnever sell fake gold as everyone knew him in the community and would not ruin hisown reputation with such scheming, and that to his own recollection he has nevereven sold any gold ring to Gza. It was only at this point that I finally realized that Iw a s taken for a ride right from the really beginning by this charming clinicalpsychopath, Gza Imre Janny.

13. 2003: I learnt that while Attila Majoros and his family members terrorized me herein Hungary, Hungarian Jews of Toronto published a publication similar to what I wasworking on and Gza Janny and his son, Arthur Janny, had stolen from me back in2001 after I fled Canada. Their publication is called "Canadian-Hungarian BusinessPages". It was at this point that it ocurred to me that the mysterious car accident mightas well have been an attempted murder, just as I feared back in 2001. From here on Ilived in even more fear as it did appear that events that took place in Canada andevents that took place in Hungary may be connected. I was so afraid I did not evendare to return to Canada from fear of being murdered.

14. Aleksandar Sekulic, a man I had a lengthy relationship with after my separationfrom my first husband, and whom kept in touch with me all along my exile fromCanada, proposed that I return and we get married, settle down, have a family. Weknew each other since 1991, and even after our relationship was over, he always said,I was his true love. He said he still loved me and he'll always love me no matter whatand I too wanted a normal, peaceful life again, so I agreet to get married. Aleksandarwas in very bad financial shape at that time and requested me to wait for him loyallyuntil such time he fixes his finances and we can get married. So I waited for himloyally.

15. 2004: I contacted the City of Toronto Archives for a copy of the orginal letterreceived from former Mayor Mel Lastman for my publication. The clerk could find notrace of the letter in the archives even though the letter was sent on proper City ofToronto letterhead and the mayor's signature, and thus, since it was not personalcorrespondence, a copy should have been kept in the archives.

16. 2005: After a lengthy waiting for my husband-to-be, we got married in Serbia. Myhusband-to-be showed up without his dirvorce certificate from his first marriage to aRussian woman. He explained that it is very difficult to obtain a copy of such certificate

A few hours prior to our wedding he had suddenly proclaimed that wewon't be having a wedding cake and then he had tried to prevent my bestman frompurchasing the birde's boquette. Finally, during the wedding ceremony, when we weresupposed to kiss each other, my husband had shaken my hands and then kissed me onthe cheeks. HE HAD RUINED OUR WEDDING!! He justified his behaviour with beingexcessively nervous about getting married. On our weddingnight, after sex, he hadsuddenly announced that he had $12,000.00 debt, a debt which he was supposedlysettling and was the reason he had me wait for so long.

17. 2006 January: Carol Turner Immigration Program Manager at the CanadianEmbassy in Budapest, Hungary, stripped me of my 12.5 years of Permanent ResidentStatus (from April 5, 1989 to June 11, 2001, which is 4 times the required time forcitizenship), and banned me from Canada indefinitely without any justification.Incomprehensibly, the embassy also tried to prevent me from filing an appeal as theyrefused to provide me with the appeal form guaranteed by law. I was in completedismay, as I have never heard of a case when a housewife was banned from Canadawithout committing a major crime, or being a terrorist, or similar evil, and having aCanadian citizen husband and a Canadian Citizen son in Canada.

18. 2006 March: I am filing an appeal with the Appeal Board fighting for my CanadianStatus and against my unjustified banning from Canada. I also filed a complaint withOttawa. The complaint was hushed over and never officially investigated.

19. 2006 June: My husband files a sponsorship application to responsor me into Canadaas he was advised these applications are processed much faster than appeals.

20. 2006 Juny: We receive CIC's disclosure package from the Appeal Board, whichrevealved that there was an outstanding warrant for my arrest, issued on June 28, 2005- RIGHT ABOUT THE TIME MY HUSBAND HAD INFORMED ME THAT HE WILL BECOMING, WE WILL FINALLY GET MARRIED AND HE IS BRINGING ME BACK TO CANADAWITH HIM - for allegedly threatening someone while being in Hungary. FOSS files alsorevealed that Robert Nicholson, the House Leader of the House of Commons (nowMinister of Justice and Attorney General of Canada) interfered with my case, using hispolitical influence on behalf of the Jannys, the criminals who had conned me, turnedmy life into a concentration camp, repeatedly threatened me with death and ruiningmy whole life, ruined my health, traumatized me into PTSD, ruined my finances andmugged me out of nearly all of my belongings, including my publication.Unbelievably, one of the CIC FOSS entry contained my ridiculing, which sent me backto junior public school. It became quite clear why the embassy tried to prevent mefrom filing a complaint. They did not want me to know what was going on behind myback, namely that I was being criminalized, that political influence was exterted inorder to expell me from Canada, that civilian persons (the Jannys) interfered with CIC'slegal work and that there was personal dislike for my person (discrimination) on behalfof a CIC employee. Should these be revealed to me then I would have been able toconsult with a lawyer too. And this was the reason for my complaint to the Ministry ofCitizenship and Immigration and the Minister herself, Diane Finley, was HUSHED OVERAND NEVER INVESTIGATED.

21. 2006 July: I contacted Robert Nihcolson via fax, as well as by mail at a later time,giving him and account of my insidious torment and the cirminality of his protegees,along with my clinical diagnosis from the Clark Institute of Psychiatry. Two days later,an unknown Gypsy woman showed up at my place of employment, made mention ofsome things connected to the Jannys and then pointed her finger at me and shouted,"YOU CANADIAN, YOU ARE GOING TO GO TO JAIL!". I did not know the woman, no oneat my workplace knew that I was a Canadian, therefore, this woman was deployed aspart of the stalking crew in response to my fax to Robert Nicholson.

22. 2006 august: I learnt that one the Janny family member, a certain Sandor Jaroka, isinvolved in organized crime, especially the drug area, and is also a heavy drugabuser.

23. 2006 august: The Crown Attorney's Office denies any and all information about myown warrant as though my case were top secret. My husband consulted with a lawyerwho had claimed there is no such thing the Crown Attorney denies information fromthe suspect, and stated it was highly unusual to swear out a warrant against someonewho is out of Canada. My husband had visited the police and the court on threeseparate ocassions but they could not find any warrant for my arrest in the system.

At this point I contacted Niagara Regional Police to talk to Constable Daniel Rathony,the officer who had allegedly sworn out the warrant for my arrest to find out underwhat circumstances this warrant was sworn out and upon whose request. I alsointended to warn Mr. Rathony that I am dealing with some very nasty people, possiblyclinical psychopaths involved in organized crime who continued my tormenting inHungary, threatened me, traumatized me into PTSD, stole my publication and otherbelongings and since he was my witness, he better be very careful. Even more sobecause I ended up in a T-intersection with a dead brake and the car was made todisappear the really next day. Upon my request to talk to Constable Rathony thereceptionist informed me that he had suddenly and tragically deceased at age 41. I lostmy speech, I hang up and started weeping. As I found out he had died of a suddenheart attack two months after swearing out the warrant for my arrest.

24. 2007 January: The Canadian Embassy in Wienna refused our sponsorship

application with the justification that 12 years earlier I was convicted of a majoroffence, as per Section 266 of the Criminal Code. There is no such thing on myCanadian or my Hungarian criminal record, but even if there were ImmigrationCanada was supposed to consider that past 10 years rather than 12 years. It becamepainfully obvious that I am being done out of Canada, even if it takes to commitcriminal offences, even if it takes to criminalize me behind my back to justify myexpulsion to the public, even if it takes to falsify immigration records, even if it takes tomisuse political influence. I mean, I was being persecuted, discriminated against andthe people involved were committing crimes in the process.

25. 2007 March: My husband filed an appeal against the negative decision. Now I hadtwo appeals going on. I repeatedly requested my husband to file a proper humanrights complaint for discrimination, inhumane treatment and psychological torture, butinexplicably my husband kept on telling me that we will do all that upon my return toCanada.

26. 2007 summer: I learnt that Gza Imre Janny's original name is JANI, and is therelative of a war criminal military officer by the name of Gustav Jani, hanged afterworld war for intentionally butchering thousands of Hungarian soldiers at Don Riverduring II. World War.

27. 2008 february: 2 and half days prior to my won first appeal hearing my husband hadcalled me in the morning to say our lawyer, Michael Crane, of Toronto, had contactedhim to advise him that the best thing I could do is withdraw my appeal because itendagers our sponsorship appeal. As explained, the two appeals were in conflict. Iwas out of my freakin' mind so I left a message to Mr. Crane and I also sent him an e-mail to a wrong e-mail address given to me by my husband, to tell him it wasn't all tooethical to accept our money, lead us to believe that we had a case and then just priorto the hearing advising us to withdraw, as well as giving him further information in thehope that I had a better case. Then I re-sent the e-mail to his real email address. Hedid not call me to consult, but my husband called to say, Mr. Crane contacted him andhe was very upset for me implying he was being unethical and he had simply droppedboth cases. He had dropped us right prior the hearing. My husband had convinced methat Michael Crane was a very good lawyer and if this was his legal advise then webetter take it. He actually talked me into sending a letter of withdrawal to the AppealBoard according to his specific instructions. And that was the end of my Canadianlegal status. The banning order stayed as well.

28. 2008 March: A man by the name of Ferenc Vojna appraoched me and unexpectedlyquestioned me, "when will you get a new husband?". I thought the guy was making apass at me, so I turned him down.

29. 2008 April: An article appeared in a Hungarian National Daily about a man by thename of Kalman who was terrorized out of Canada by falsely being accused andcharged with pedophilia and 8 other crimes. He was cleared of all charges and thendeported and banned from Canada. Upon contacting him, I had found out that hisinvestigative officer was also Daniel Rathonyi. Kalman revealed that Daniel Rathonyihad told him he knew the accusations were false, but he was given isntructions toproceed anyway "from above, from a woman". Kalman had his brake tube slashed inSt. Catherines near a T-intersection. (I too had a mysterious brake failure!). He wasalso stalked by a group. Daniel Rathony was both of our witness. In additon, two ofKalman's witnesses, a couple, had suddenly tragically died. The official line was thatthe man had pushed his spouse out the 10th floor balcony and then committed suicidehimself.

30. 2008 May: I am contacting Stephen Harper, the Prime Minister, demanding acriminal investigation into this entire incredibly distasteful mess. His secretary, A.Lavall, addresses me as 'Ms' as though I were not a 'Mrs.'. CIC did the same thing withme, referring to me as 'Ms.'!

31. 2008 May: My husband keept on psychologically terrorizing me ever since Iwithdrew my appeal. At this point things had gotten so bad that he demanded me togive account even of the female napkins and toilette paper I was purchasing (he hadsent me $350-400/mo). The man was driving me crazy with the craziest tactics, and hehas repeatedly lied. Incredibly, he had announced that he had no money for food (hisper month after taxes earnings were $3,800.00!), but the really next day he hadannounced he was buying a new car. At this point, I requested him to provide me witha copy of the legal contract he has made with Michael Crane, proof of payments madeto him, the Authorisation Form authorizing him to act on our behalf, and ferchirssakes,I wanted to finally see his divorce certificate from Moscow. My husband had informedme that he had made no legal contract with Michael Crane, that he signed noauthorisation form, and that he did not know when would he be able to give any proofof payment made to him for our representation.

32. 2008 June: 3 months following the Ferenc Vojna incident, 5 months before thesponsorship appeal hearing, my husband has left me without a single dollar. HETHREATENED MY CANADIAN UNIVERSITY STUDENT SON, AND THEN SENT ME ARIDICULING POSTCARD DEPICTING A NAZI TURTLE (I am partially of German ancestry,and the Jewish-Gypsy Gza Janny had also referred to me on one ocassion called as agerman nazi!). He dropped the sponsorship appeal, all ties to Canada were cut, andmy banning order remained in effect.

33. 2008 june and july: Michael Crane does not respond to my letters of query and atthis point I am no longer even surprised because I finally realized that my husbandwas in on it right from the beginning and it was all about exterminating me from



Canada at any cost. Likely, the car accident was an attempted murder. And myoriginal publication draft passed onto the Jews who had published a similarpublication. The video my husband had made about our wedding with him ruining thewedding by shaking my hands and kissing my on the cheeks instead of kissing me onthe lips was forwarded to the 'employer' as proof of him having carried out the job, as Iwas advised by some 'experts' on this kind of matters.

34. 2008 September: A Jewish man by the name of Peter Herman, an associate ofFerenc Vojna, threatens me with shoving me in front of a subway train, his wholegroup gets on my case, I am being sexually harassed and insulted. This group hadintimate knowledge of my e-mail correspondence with my own husband.
