Pancakes Here at Filling Station, we serve homemade American buttermilk pancakes every day from 9am until midday. The Breakfast Feast £7.95 This legendary breakfast is not for the faint hearted! A stack of three homemade buttermilk pancakes served with three rashers of streaky bacon, Cumberland sausage, fried egg, hash brown, an oven baked tomato and a jug of maple syrup for pouring. Pancakes £5.95 or 2 FOR £10 Indulge in three of our homemade buttermilk pancakes made fresh to order and topped with one of the following: Banana Caramel Perfect for those with a sweet tooth! Sliced banana tossed with warm bourbon caramel sauce and served with a ramekin of fresh vanilla cream. Peanut Butter & Jelly An American classic! A ramekin of peanut butter and a pot of jam served on the side for spreading. Bourbon Caramel Sauce Drizzled with bourbon caramel sauce and served with a jug of bourbon caramel sauce for pouring. Maple Syrup Lashings of maple syrup, served with a jug of maple syrup for pouring. Simple but delicious! Strawberries & Cream Drizzled with fresh diced strawberries & red berry compote and served with a ramekin of fresh vanilla cream. Bacon & Maple Syrup Four rashers of streaky bacon served on the side with a jug of maple syrup - the perfect combination of sweet and savoury! Bacon & Eggs Three fried eggs and three rashers of streaky bacon layered amongst your pancakes. Let the egg yolk soak into the pancakes for the perfect sauce! Sausage & Maple Syrup Two Cumberland sausages served on the side with a jug of maple syrup for pouring. Blueberry Drizzled with blueberry compote and served with a ramekin of fresh vanilla cream. Chocolate Hazelnut A ramekin of Nutella served on the side for spreading.
