Health – Body and MindTo explain my topic, I find it extremely serious to take care of the human body and make sure its being given your honest effort to stay healthy. You do not need to work out like a body builder or strive to be one, but you should pay close attention to your weight and size. Exercise is so beneficial for your life, concerning America is the #1 most obese nation in the world, that you need to exercise. It calms you, makes you feel that much better about yourself and helps you get the girls! (Or guys if a lady is in attendance right now).
First things first -- Dieting
• High protein diets if you are looking to gain muscle
• Low sodium, low cholesterol and low sugar consumption to maintain personal health
• All progress now, saves you for years down the road
Pilates
• A mix of tranquility and resistance
• Ease the mind and complete hard exercises
• Not difficult to do but definitely a great way to shed some calories!
Scheduling
• Monday 12:00PM to 1:00PM • Wednesday 12:00PM to 1:00PM• Friday 12:00PM to 1:00PM• Sunday 12:00PM to 1:00PM• Catching the drift yet? • Routine is very important• One hour exercises are beneficial to
