To compete, succeed andstand out in the 21st century as a leader, students and youth should continually seekways to develop leadership skills and to enhance their leadership potential.

This proposal is designed to provide your school with an invaluable opportunity toparticipate in the 2018 inter-high school Step Up, Stand Out Leadership Program. StepUp, Stand Out is an experiential leadership development program designed by aglobally renowned leadership professional. The program is developed using acontemporary leadership framework and is modelled on the approaches andframeworks used at the world’s leading universities such as Harvard, Yale and Wharton.

Purpose

The 2018 program is a week-long leadership immersion exclusively designed to inspirehigh school students (Years 9-11). The program’s vision is to develop and enhance thecapacity and aspiration of future leaders for active leadership and citizenship to be ableto compete, succeed and stand out in the 21st century as a leader. Specifically, it focuseson building participants’ abilities in the following areas:
