STEP 1: Base Assembly – Attach foot brackets (2) and anchor plate (1) on bottom of post (1) with 5/16’’-18 x 3’’ bolts (2) and 5/16’’-18 nylon locknuts (2). Tighten nuts see figure 1 below.

ATTENTION: Make sure to anchor column to secure surface through 5/16’’ hole in anchor plate. To prevent tipping during use (anchor hardware not included)

STEP 2: Insert bottle in bin ensuring that the pump is pointing towards front see figure 2 below.

STEP 3: Place cover (1) on top of post. Line up slots on side of cover with slots on side of post while making sure top of pump is engaging with underside of cover. STEP 4: Insert lock bracket through slot in cover and insert lynch pin into lock bracket to complete assembly.
