The Exhibitor Directory platform has been enhanced to provide more communication options for PCHi visitors and exhibitors. These changes mean that a company that is visiting the event can create and maintain an online profile in the same way as an Exhibiting Company.
In a similar way, individual visitors who attend on behalf of a visiting or exhibiting company are able to also create an online profile that allows them to be searched and contacted by other visiting companies or exhibiting companies, and that also allows them to use the directory to set up leads and contacts around PCHi.

Once you are at the PCHi page, click on the “Exhibitor Login” icon in the quick links section.

The system will send a verification email containing a username and password to the email address provided to RSE. Please contact the organizers if you have not received this e‐mail.

Click on “View your listing as seen by visitors” under the quick links to view the webpage that is being created.

Step 4 - Modifying your exhibitor profile
Select “Exhibitor Profile” in the home menu to add to or modify your company’s basic profile. You can upload your company’s logo as well. Images exceeding 155*162 pixels will not be accepted.

Although it is optional to provide information about your company type and product categories, providing these details will increase the chances of your page appearing in search results.
Click on “+” and “‐” to expand and collapse the dropdown list.

Step 6 - Modifying your exhibitor profile
Click “Save” once you are done editing the information.If you want to add a Chinese version of the page, please click on the “Simplified Chinese” tab to proceed with editing once you have saved the English version.

Step 7 - Adding company contact information
To add your company contact details , click on “Company Contact” under the “Exhibitor Profile” tab. Once there, there’ll be an option to add a contact. You can list the various persons as a “Primary Contact” or “International Representative”.There can only be one person listed as a “Primary Contact” .

Step 8 - Uploading company documents
You can upload brochures, product manuals, forms, and other electronic documents to your page for viewers to download. Simply click on “Company File” under the “Exhibitor Profile” tab, followed by “Upload a file”.

Step 10 - Linking to Social Media Sites
If your company uses LinkedIn, Weibo or other social media sites, you may add the info to the “Social Media” section under the “Exhibitor Profile” tab. This site currently supports LinkedIn, Sina Weibo, Kaixin, Renren.com and QQ. The link to your company social media page will displayed accordingly.

Step 11 - Adding a Product Page
Click on “Product” in order to edit your company’s product page. You can provide the name, description, image, and classification for each product. Such information will increase the chances of your products being found when visitors conduct online searches, and can be added to their favorites.

You can make changes by clicking the “Add/Modify” icon under the “Product” or “Image” columns. Multiple images and documents can be added for each product. You may edit or delete product
descriptions by clicking on the and icons.

Copy your company profile and products from PCHi 2013 to 2014

If you exhibited and uploaded your company profile and products to this site for PCHi 2013, you may choose to copy existing content from 2013 to 2014, and then update your content.
1. Enter the Exhibitor Directories Portal at the PCHi homepage. Your login details are the same as before.
If you have forgotten the password, click Activate your account or reset your password on this page.

2. A message box like this will be displayed if you choose to copy your information to a new PCHi 2014 page. Any updates you want to make should be done AFTER copying your profile and contents over. If you already uploaded info for PCHi 2014, it will be replaced by the information copied over from PCHi 2013.
1) For “Please select a previous event”, select Personal Care & Homecare Ingredients (PCHi) (2013) from the drop‐down list;
2) For “Select a profile from the dropdown that you would like to copy”, select the profile that you used at PCHi2013;
3) For “Please choose the items you'd like to copy”, select the contents that you want to copy. We recommend that you select all the contents and later edit them in the PCHi 2014 section of the page.
Once you are done, click “Next”.

3. The existing content that you have for 2013 and 2014 will be displayed. (At your first login, the section for PCHi2014 will be empty). Click Yes, copy items to confirm copy.

4. Copying might take some time. After the system is done copying, you will be notified of the result. You can then click “Close” and start updating the content PCHi 2014.

The Exhibitor Directory Platform gives PCHi Exhibitors the opportunity to interact and exchange ideas with buyers. Exhibitors will be offered a suite of services in each customized package, which will depend on the size of the exhibition booth reserved.
The Platform also allows exhibitors to manage their own profile pages. With fields such as company profile and product information, as well as functions like an on-site meeting scheduler and photo albums, the platform helps exhibiting companies present a fuller, more well-rounded impression to potential buyers.
As you get acquainted with the platform, we hope you will take the time to make your company profile as complete as possible, because the more complete the profile is, the higher the chances will be of your company showing up as a search result for visitors. We recommend that you complete all fields to the best of your ability, and update the information regularly.
