WHAT YOU DO…

COST – 1. Start Up Fee

The first installment covers the following: job advertising & interviews, business name registration, setting up various systems including phone & email, trading accounts at a local bank, a CRM database and quoting system, and printing of business cards and other essential collateral.

This first installment ranges between €15-30K

COST – 2. Margin On Sales

The second part constitutes an ongoing fee or percentage of sales. The percentage is unique and based on a number of factors including your existing sales volume, number of products, payment terms, balance between direct and distributor sales (if any), and any special handling requirements.

This margin is intended to drive growth for everyone

COST – 3. Exit Fee

An exit fee based on the growth Red Box Direct has provided during our management period is calculated at the time of business transfer. We only make money if your office has grown successfully and in return ensure a smooth and transparent handover to your then wholly-owned subsidiary.

The client can exit at any time but it is not mandatory

Following negotiations comes the signing part.

We strive to keep contracts simple and straight forward, but encourage potential clients to have things examined by their lawyer for piece of mind.

We believe this is one of, if not the most important tasks that will ensure success.

Alongside the hiring process, we register your business and set up all essential logistics which include banking details, shipping accounts, CRM and quotation systems, etc.

Fortunately we have this down to an art form.

TRAINING

This stage is a joint effort. Sales training with Red Box Direct is followed by an intensive product and applications training by the client at their home office.

The effort put in to training your new hire is vital to achieving success.

SUPPORT & MANAGEMENT

We mentor and manage your Product Manager with you. This includes continued skills training, assisting with their regional sales and marketing plan, and reviewing pipeline growth and sales achievement .

Our goal is to develop substantial business within 2-3 years.

GROWTH TO HANDOVER

If a time comes where we have grown your operation to a point where you would like to take over management we initiate an exit plan. This involves a closing fee based on overall growth during the course of our agreement.

Our greatest compliment is to be successful for you.

Most importantly, if and when a client triggers a handover we ensure the process is invisible to your customers.
