5. The Province of Teramo has approved, at the end of May and with Provincial

Council formal decision, the variation to the Provincial Territorial Plandefining the Tordino river contract as official planning tool. This has two

meanings:

- the Province will not authorize works on the river basin contrasting the

principles inspiring the RC anymore;

- the Municipalities will consequently have to adequate their general town plans

(municipality city planning tool).
