The following tests are to be carried out by Operation Section and the results to besent to MMS.
Check and record vibration and temperatures of all bearings.
Carry out over speed oil trip test for turbine.
Carry out lub. Oil trip test.
Carry out thrust bearing wear test.
Carry out throttle valve stem freedom test.
Check the function of extraction non return valves trip in sequence of turbine trip.
erform characteristic test of hydraulic controller of throttle valves.
erform characteristics test of hydraulic controller of governing valves.
Carry out simulation test of extraction non return valves with de!aerator and highpressure heaters at high level.
Carry out extraction non return valves leak test by opening drain line after nonreturn valves with de!aerator actual high level.
Carry out air leak test of generator.
