From here, converting the email, plus its attachments, straight into the Start database is just a couple of clicks, making importing CVs exceptionally easy.

Job-site with On-line Registration

Internet adverts are created real-time in the system, so they are instantly published. Imagine the value of one deal a month from this resource.

Candidates search and apply on line, completing their own details; compare this against the cost of the time currently spent on administering registration, which can be completely avoided.

Start can also post on-line (anonymous) candidate profiles. This shop-window can by-pass preferred supplier lists. Consider the value of a deal a month from clients matching candidates themselves.

All this means clients visit your site more frequently, which raises your profile and increases the likelihood that they will use you and your full range of services. Consider the value of new clients.

Page 15: START Recruitment Software

Searching

Everything is searchable, in any combination. This includes multiple word, codes and words together, contains, greater than, less than, beginning with, ending with, excluding etc.

This search finds a Permanent Business Analyst within IT, with the word Oracle in the CV.

Start will perform this, including searching tens of thousands of CVs, in a matter of seconds.

Page 16: START Recruitment Software

Tracking and Triggering

Start uses “Actions” to control the whole recruitment process from Client Development to Placement.

Any event can be set up as a to-do, or recorded as done, for KPI reports.

They are linked to all relevant parties, be it Client Company, Client Contact, Candidate, Vacancy and the Consultants.

Here liaison is also recorded, time and user stamped in the Memo box.

Events can be part of a pre-defined process (e.g. ISO 9000) or ad hoc.

Page 17: START Recruitment Software

To Do Lists

Any Action linked to a Consultant appears in their To Do List; all "undone" actions roll over each day.

Page 18: START Recruitment Software

Scheduled Actions

All Actions can be "Scheduled“ for specific dates and time, and viewed in the diary.
