is not just about collecting the requirements through asking the right questions.

Personally, I believe that first and foremost it is

an emphatic approach to people to gain their trust

(in vision, goals and other people) so they support the project.

Stakeholders are people or/and groups of people within the organization and outside of it whose interests are connected to the business influences to the project / solution.

What is the stakeholder matrix

Stakeholder maps are visual diagrams that depict the relationship of stakeholders to the solution and to one another. There are many different forms of stakeholder maps.
