EVENTS/HAPPENINGS:
American Red Cross Blood Drive
Donate blood and save a life! The need for blood is constant
and only volunteer donors can fulfill that need for patients in
our community. Nationwide, someone needs a unit of blood
every 2 to 3 seconds and most of us will need blood in our
lifetime. We will be having a blood drive here at St. Joseph
Parish on Thursday, July 25, from 1:00 to 7:00 pm and on Fri-
day, July 26, from 8:00 am to 2:00 pm. For an appointment,
please visit redcrossblood.org, enter sponsor code: Hayward,
WI or call 1-800-RED CROSS (1-800-733-2767).
Retrouvaille Marriage Program
Announcing the next Retrouvaille (Retro-Vī) Marriage Program
in Central Wisconsin! Retrouvaille is a French word meaning
*rediscovery*. This highly successful program has helped
couples who are struggling in their marriages rebuild loving
relationships for over 40 years--even couples who are sepa-
rated or divorced but want a way to heal their marriage. Pre-
senters are not trained counselors, but couples who have been
through it share their personal stories of marital struggles and
the tools they used to rediscover their love. The last program
of 2019 in Central Wisconsin begins soon with a weekend stay
on August 9-11, 2019 at St. Anthony Spirituality Center. Post-
weekend sessions on Sunday afternoons spread over the next
few months build on the healing process begun on the week-
end. People of all faiths or no faith affiliation are welcome!
Costs are affordable and no couple is ever denied based on
financial barriers. For more information or to register, visit the
Retrouvaille website: www.HelpOurMarriage.org or call toll free,
1-877-922-HOPE (4673). All calls are fully confidential. Early
registration is recommended.
