Case Study-1 : Mobile Send

Platform: Android and iPhone/iPad

Description:

Mobile Send app allows users to capture videos , display the

videos on the device & upload videos to the server.

Features:

• The user can either choose a video from the gallery to upload

it to the server or capture a video using the app & upload it

to server.

• The user can also upload a video that is captured using the

device camera or any other application.

• There is a facility to publish the video during upload to be

available for download from the server.

• The application provides the facility for auto-login.

• After the user logs into the app for the first time his details

will be stored in the device until he logs out from the app.

• The application provides the multiuser login account facility

(swithcing between the accounts OR Logging in as a different

user.)

Case Study-2 : Customer Survey App

Platform: Android and iPhone/iPad

Description:

This app was designed for organizations to capture the customer responses to the survey questions.

The survey questions are synced from the server at run-time making sure latest and correct versions of survey questions are available for the field users to conduct the survey.

Features:

• Field user can sync the survey questions from the server to the device.

• Field user use this app with or without internet connection

• Customer photo is captured with the GPS location information to know whether the survey was really done and where it was done.

• The app is designed to work on online and offline mode. If the internet connection is not available during the time of survey, the app stores the responses locally on the device.

• Later the stored responses could be synced with the server when the internet connection becomes available.

• The survey questions are configurable for multiple clients and products or services.

Case Study-3 - NetAlert

Platform: Android and iPhone/iPad

Description:

This app was designed for “C-Level” executives to make sure they

don’t miss important calls coming on their mobile phones.

Often C-Level executives keep travelling and don’t realize they

might go out of phone network at times and won’t be able to

receive import ant phone calls.

The app keeps monitoring the phone network and alerts when the

phone network is not available.

Features:

• After installing the app, user can configure the alert type he

would like to have.as notification.

• Alerts could be standard tunes or any custom tunes one would

like to hear when he goes out of phone network coverage.

• The app can be kept running at the background.

• The app checks for mobile phone network connection strength

every 5 seconds.

• When it finds that the phone network connection strength is not

up to the mark for 3 consecutive times, it notifies the user of

unavailability of the phone network with the predefined

notification.

Case Study-4 : Case Upload Tool

Platform: Android

Description:

This app was designed for automobile showroom users in India. When the customer buys the automobile , he has to submit relevant documents to avail the loan. This app is used for creating a loan case for each customer and capturing relevant customer information. The customer documents are photographed using the camera phone. The customer information along with documents are then uploaded to the Branch Office Server for processing the case for loan.

This app improves the turn around time for processing the loan case as physical customer documents are not required to be sent to the branch office for making decision on the approval of loan.

Features:

• The field user captures the customer photo and information using this app.

• The field user then photographs the customer documents like income document, address document etc using the device camera.

• The field user then uploads the case info with the documents to the branch server.

• The files are zipped and encrypted for security reason before they are sent to the server.

• The branch user receives the documents and processes it for the loan requirement.

• The field user uses this app the get the status of the case at real-time for further processing of the case.
