Payments, Favours or Gifts to/ from Clients & Suppliers • Acceptance or Promise to pay, gift, or favors from/to customers, vendors, consultants, that is perceived as intended,
directly or indirectly, to influence any business decision is liable for disciplinary action.
• Gifts given by the Company to suppliers or customers or received from suppliers or customers should always be appropriate to the circumstances and should never be of a kind that could create an appearance of impropriety.
• The nature and cost must always be accurately recorded in the Company's books and records.

Information volunteered by Clients and Suppliers about their products or business plans should be handled with care as per the NDA signed.

Selecting Suppliers The Company's policy is to purchase supplies based on need, quality, service, price and terms and conditions Company will select significant suppliers or enter into significant supplier agreements though a competitive bid process
where possible. Under no circumstances should any Company employee attempt to coerce suppliers in any way.
Health & Safety Awareness• Healthy Work and Personal Life Balance : We encourage our
team to have a healthy balance of work and personal life and promote their participation in corporate social responsibility and areas of interest.
• Create Zero Occupational Injury Facilities : Srishti Innovative is committed to the goal of zero occupational injuries and operates regular safety programs with the aim of maintaining an accident-free record at all work sites.

Use of Company Assets
• General : Every employee’s responsibility that assets are not misappropriated, loaned, sold or donated without appropriate authorization. must safeguard such assets against loss, damage, misuse or theft. Company equipment and assets are to be used for Company business purposes only
• Company Funds Must maintain accurate and timely records of each and every expenditure. Expense reports must be accurate
and submitted in a timely manner. Company employees, agents and contractors must not use Company funds for any personal purpose.
• Software All software used by employees to conduct Company business must be appropriately licensed.
Use of Company Assets
• Use of Computers & Other Equipment Care for equipment and use it responsibly only for Company Purposes. Company data should be stored only on Company-provided Systems. Personal computers or data storage devices may not otherwise be used for Company purposes or for storage of
Company-related information. Copying or transmitting Company files to personal email accounts (such as Yahoo! Mail, Gmail, Hotmail, etc) or
to other non-Company systems is prohibited
• Electronic Usage - Electronic Communications Resources Use And Privacy Policy Fair & proper use of all electronic communications devices within the organization, including computers, email,
connections to the Internet, video conferencing, facsimiles, and telephones.
Use of Company Assets
• Electronic Usage - Electronic Communications Resources Use And Privacy Policy Posting or discussing information concerning the Company's products or business on the Internet without the
prior written consent from the Senior Management is prohibited. All recorded information regardless of medium or characteristics. Records include paper documents, CDs,
computer hard disks, email, microfiche, microfilm or all other media.
• Compliance to Company Guidelines
Srishti Innovative reserves the right to alter Policies & Guidelines.
Failure to comply with Company Guidelines may subject the employee to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment at the Company's sole discretion.
Protecting the Company's Confidential Information
The Company’s confidential information includes product architectures; source codes; product plans and road maps; names and lists of customers, dealers, and employees; and financial information.
This information is the property of the Company and may be protected by patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret laws.
NDA signed by you when you joined the Company, to protect and hold confidential the Company's proprietary information. This agreement remains in effect for as long as you work for the Company and after you leave the Company.
All Confidential Information must be used for Company Business purposes only.
Unauthorized Disclosure of the Company’s Confidential Information such as Information regarding the Company’s Products , Technology , Customers or Business over the Internet is otherwise prohibited. .
Media Policy• Company Spokespeople Designated spokespeople for Srishti Innovative are the CEO, Managing Partner and Directors. Specific policies have been established regarding who may communicate information to the press and the financial analyst
community. All inquiries or calls from the press should be referred to HR Lead (Divya) or Senior Management
• Social Media Confidential Company related information in internet forums, chat rooms, or social media sites is prohibited without prior
authorization. Any post that is made by an employee, or information supplied by an employee for someone else to post, that improperly
reveals confidential information pertaining to the Company or its business, or that purports to speak on behalf of the Company will be treated as a violation of Company policy and prosecuted accordingly.
Conflict of InterestA Conflict of Interest exists where the interests or benefits of one person or entity conflict with the interests or benefits of the Company.
You are expected to devote your full attention to the business interests of the Company.
Disclose to the Company any interest that you have that may conflict with the business of the Company.
You must not accept simultaneous employment with another Company ( including supplier, client or competitor)r, or from taking part in any activity that enhances or supports a competitor's position.
