Weights and bands add cardio conditioning and total body toning. BARRE FIT - Perform small isometric movements which will lift your seat, tone your thighs, abs and arms. The workout series of toning and stretching exercises. You will feel long and lean. Perform small isometric movements which will lift your seat and tone your thighs. Includes exercise for upper body and core too! BARRE FUSION - Free weights and body weight moves with a focus on total body strength. CARDIO DANCE - This cardio dance workout will burn calories and energize your entire day. CARDIO STEP - A unique and challenging cardio workout on the step platform. CORE & MORE - A 45 minute workout that includes abdominal and lower back work along with light total body strength and stretching for toning, flexibility and core stability. D.I.T. - (Dumbbell Interval Training) Blast through plateaus and keep your heart rate at its peak with this interval workout using dumbbells and your body weight. FLOW YOGA - A class featuring the ancient practice of Yoga; a series of asanas (postures) to increase flexibility, energy and stillness of mind. H.E.A.T. – (High Energy Athletic Training)This class is designed to work your cardiovascular system and condition your whole body through interval training. You will perform a combination of agility exercises and strength training with Kettlebells. HIIT - High Intensity Interval Training is a total body workout consisting of 4 rounds of cardio and strength. METABOLIC BURN - Cardio and muscular conditioning exercises packed into an easy to follow workout, which can be modified to every fitness level. PILATES - Pilates mat exercises stretch and strengthen every muscle in your body with special emphasis on your "center", (abdominal, waist, lower back and buttocks.) POWER HOUR - Cardio exercises combined with kettle bells, dumbbells and plyometric strength exercises. Burn and Sweat! RESTORATIVE YOGA - A gentle yoga practice using pillows and props to aid the body in releasing tension and enhancing range of motion through extended time in relaxing poses. Beneficial to students calming and renewing adaptation of classic Yoga poses. ROLL WITH ME - Feeling stressed? Too tight? Roll With Me uses a foam roller and other stretching techniques to work to release tension and loosen tight muscles, work on improving posture and overall performance. SCULPT FUSION - This class is all about total body creative cardio and strength moves using dumbbells, balls, tubing, and the barbell. SPINERGY - Take a break from your work day and boost your energy with this high intensity, fat burning class on the spin bikes! SPIN-STRENGTH CIRCUIT - This class has it all! Cardio(spin), strength, agilityall in a circuit-style format! STRETCH & RELAX - Take a break from your work day to stretch, de-stress, and relax. Increase energy level and flexibility to improve posture ad range of motion of the joints. Improve over-all well-being! SUNRISE SPIN - Awaken your senses and start the day with this invigorating and energizing cycling class. SUNRISE YOGA - An all-levels class providing a good stretch in the morning and more energy for the day. This class includes body alignment, breathing, and relaxation. SWIM CLUB - Get comfortable in the pool and brush up your technique. All levels welcome. TRI CLUB - A class focused on all things Triathlon Training. Brush up on your techniques, improve your transitions, and become more efficient while prepping for the next big race. VINYASA YOGA - This class begins with stretching and works through a series of movements, matching breath to movement. Elements of flexibility, strength, and balance are incorporated into every class. Class Guidelines Each participant must sign in for class with a Client Service Specialist prior to attending. Please be considerate of other members’ exercise space. Classes and instructors are subject to change without notice. Please approach instructors if you have any questions or medical conditions that may affect your workout. Please refrain from cell phone usage during class. Class Descriptions BARRE - An energetic, sweaty fusion of Pilates, ballet-inspired movements, and yoga; all set to fast-paced, hip music. Weights and bands add cardio conditioning and total body toning. BARRE FIT - Perform small isometric movements which will lift your seat, tone your thighs, abs and arms.
