LexLin Gypsy Ranch cordially invites you to attend our Spring 2011 Gypsy Vanner Production Sale. This first of our semi-annual sale events that we plan to host at the ranch is an important milestone for us and could not have been achieved without the support of so many friends and family in the Gypsy Horse community around the world. The foundation of our breeding program is based on quality horses selected from years of breeding the best horses by the Romany people and many others who understand the strength, purpose, and beauty this breed brings to the horse world.

Over the past few years we have made extensive efforts in searching both abroad and within the US to acquire quality horses from a wide range of bloodlines in order to have a well rounded breeding program. We have been extremely blessed with the financial capability to do this and want in turn to enable small and large breeders alike to benefit from the readily available bloodlines and great savings here in the US.

With many people’s minds on the state of the economy, searching abroad for your next prospect or stallion to breed your mare to may be out of the question. One of our primary goals is to compliment small breeders; acting as a support source in strengthening programs with additional bloodlines, incentives for small breeding farms, financing, and more to help broaden and improve Gypsy Horse lines here in the US. All horses sold include registration with the GVHS or another Gypsy Horse registry of your choice if the horse is not already registered. We want these horses to go to the best homes possible and your satisfaction is paramount.

Twenty-nine registered Gypsy Vanner Horses, ranging from an imported Gypsy Vanner Stallion, Sir Maverick with hunter/jumper training, two geldings who are broke to ride, young stock born on the ranch, and young mares will be presented in the sale via an auction format. If you’re unable to attend the sales event at the ranch please feel welcome to watch the event online (via streaming video) and place your bids on sale horses through our website at the time of the sale on April 30th.

Sir Maverick is an amazing Gypsy Vanner Stallion. He has substantial bones, the most beautiful mane and tail and wonderful feather. Sir Maverick is registered in 2 books, Rheinland and Westfalia. He has won numerous awards in the Irish Cob Society; including a silver medal and Foalshow Vize Champion Stallion. He was born in Germany on October 15, 2002. Two of his sons have been licensed. One is in Bavaria and his name is Soulman. Sir Maverick has a great personality and loves attention. Sir Maverick is broke to ride and has had hunter/jumper training with Matt Lawson.

This mare has neat markings with a zigzag kind of pattern as well as a perfect heart shape on her right side.
