The 2016 CISA Conference will meet on the land of the Larrakia people. Indigenous people, their art and culture are a prominent and proud part of the Northern Territory. The Northern Territory Government welcome reception will feature a welcome to country by a Larrakia elder.

Marketing & Communication Strategy

Website The annual conference page will be on our redeveloped CISA website –www.CISA.edu.au. This will be the first stop for latest conference information aswell as on-line registration. It will also contain a brief introduction from eachsponsor, together with their logo.

Conference Program (Printed and Virtual Delegate Handbook) Once the conference program has taken its final shape, a delegate handbook will be prepared. This will contain information about each of our sponsors and will give the sponsors an opportunity to add a message for the conference delegates.

Pre & Post-Conference Electronic - Fortnightly Newsletter, Mailing List, Email Emails will be sent out to attending delegates, universities and interested parties. Each email will have the logo of major sponsors on them. As a major sponsor of the CISA Annual Conference in 2016, your company will be promoted to our members, delegates who come to the conference, and to those who have an interest in international education.

Equity Scholarships ($1,500 per Student) An international student association/committee often has a limited budget, therefore they are unable to cover the necessary travel expenses which will enable their international students to be able to attend the conference.

Your organisation can help to alleviate their burden by sponsoring an Equity Scholarship. CISA would like to be able to provide 10 international students with a $1,500 travel scholarship each so they may be able to attend.

Payment Terms For all Sponsorship and Exhibition Packages, the following payment terms apply: 100% deposit is required to secure your booking. Please note: Sponsors and Exhibitors will be invoiced by CISA. Organisations may be omitted from the conference program and other materials without notice if final payment is not received by the 5th of May 2016. All quoted figures are in Australian Dollar (AUD).

Cancellation Policy A cancellation fee of 50% and cost of production (where applicable) will be applied for any Sponsorship Package or Exhibition booking cancelled up to 45 days prior to the conference. There will be no refund after 20th of May 2016. *All amounts reflected in this Sponsorship Prospectus are exclusive of GST.
