Affiliated EventsSHM values its partners and encourages networking with SHM’s annual conference attendees. SHM’s headquarters hotel, Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, National Harbor, MD, offers a multitude of unique and convenient spaces for company receptions, parties, meetings and more. Advisory Board/Focus Groups | $5,000 (each)If you want to know more about what hospitalists think of your product, disease states, protocols, etc., you can meet with them while at HM19! The administrative fee covers an email blast with a description of your topic, desired objectives and how to register for your focus group or advisory board directly. SHM will reserve meeting space for your event (limited to 10 participants) at the headquarters hotel outside of educational scheduling. Companies holding an advisory board or focus group that wish to include AV and/or any food and beverage will need to arrange and pay for these items through the hotel.

Annual Chapter Leaders Summit | $10,000SHM has 55 Chapters across the United States. The leaders of each chapter meet during the Annual Chapter Leaders Summit at HM19 to discuss best practices and common areas of interest. Sponsorship of this event includes in-person recognition, logo and company name on event materials, and sending of up to three attendees. This meeting will be held on March 26th.

Practice Administrators Reception | $10,000SHM has more than 400 administrator members and the number continues to grow.The Practice Administrators Reception is an opportunity for these members who hold pivotal administration roles in hospital medicine to network and address key areas of concern and/or ask questions.
