White Water Rafting.. is so exciting come rain or shine. Last years Grand Canyon group are now reliving their stories of this

legendary Spice trip, a once in a lifetime experience! For all of us who have been fortunate enough to

have experienced this, my favourite trip, I am sure you will agree. Why not join Spice at our more local

New Members and more.. Welcome to all our New Members in Spice. We are looking forward to meeting you all out and about on

the events. Joining an established group can be a daunting

experience as well we know and is reminiscent of the first day at college or a new job. We suggest that

booking a social event where you are in team such as Ten Pin Bowling click HERE. Try an Adventure activity, an easy way to strike up a conversation. A real Spice

favourite is Abseiling for the Terrified, click HERE everyone is terrified! When you look back up the rock you have just come down you will be sharing all your experiences. Don’t forget the rambling a great social experience with walking to suit everyone. Take the plunge and book a weekend away the majority of

members will not know anyone else either. New Member events are being introduced into the

programme so keep a look out for these. These events are not exclusively for New Members everyone is

welcome. As ever, this Bulletin is designed to give you a quick overview of what is happening this week in Spice.

Fantastic Tutus Congratulations to the 40 walkers who braved the

elements and raised an amazing £360 for MacMillan Cancer Care on Sunday. Rain most definitely did not stop play as either 10 kilometres or 10 miles were covered in technicolor tutus creating a beautiful

rainbow!

Great Midland Fun Run! The Fun Run is full however we have two

cancellations, please call the Spice Office to book.
