Do missed appointments effect your practice?
When clients miss an appointment, veterinary practices may not only suffer monetary losses but it can also cause havoc with the smooth running of the practice.
By reducing the percentage of no-shows, a practice can potentially save both time and money. To help veterinary practices achieve this, Spectrum has developed a new Attendance Check module.
This is a valuable tool for improving client service and staff efficiency and it can make the practice more cost effective.
To help simplify and speed up the process of contacting clients for Attendance Checks, there is a choice of contact method - so it can be carried out automatically via SMS (text message) and Email or manually by telephone.
The new Attendance Check module is available now for installation at your practice.
Simplify your attendance check process
Spectrum’s Appointment, Hospital and Daybook modules all have the Attendance Check facility within them and this application enables checks to be automated and sent in batches to more than one client at a time.
Time Saving Functionality
The new module also has another time-saving functionality as it enables frequently used messages/reminders to be saved as SMS and Email templates and can be re-used as and when needed. The templates can be individually personalised and updated as required.
When selecting which clients need to receive an Attendance Check, you can search using a number of different criteria, including date of appointment, contact preferences and appropriate surgery.
Once contact has been made with the client, the Attendance Check can then be set to yes or no and a record of who carried out the check will be recorded against the client.
