Exact optimization for IGRT

The Exact® IGRT couch from Varian is avital new tool in patient positioning,designed to optimize safety and precisionfor image-guided radiation therapy(IGRT) treatment. Built with preciseimaging and patient positioning in mind,the Exact IGRT couch for the VarianClinac® iX and Trilogy™ linear acceleratorsand the Acuity™ treatment planning,simulation, and verification system helpsyou successfully implement advancedtreatment techniques.

• Fully compatible with existing Indexed Immobilization®accessories for accurate patient positioning

• Supports patients up to 500 pounds

• Maximized clearance and minimized dose perturbation

• More rigid than IEC deflection standards

• Automated repositioning without re-entering the vault

• Available as an easy upgrade for the Exact couch (replacecouch top only)

• Side panel controls to adjust all couch motions

• Switches for wall and back-pointer lasers, as well as room,field and range-finder lights

• Emergency off buttons on both sides of couch
