Jamie Lobb saw a blank wall outside Community Corrections at the Larimer County Detention Center, and her imagination f lew. Or... swam! She painted this lively mural with the help of dozens of cans of paint donated by Community Corrections. Jamie is not new to murals. She has painted murals in Costa Rica, France and Gainesville! Proud to have her art on the cover of the Fall 2015 SpeakOut! journal
