Span 500ACCESS TOWER SYSTEM

Span 500 is a highly adaptable, fastrack

tower system featuring 500mm rung

spacing and integral ladder frames,

aimed primarily at the rental market. This

Instant tower can be constructed with

platform heights in 0.5m increments and

does not need separate guardrails, giving

greater flexibility and fewer components

in your inventory.

All Instant towers feature the unique

high strength Rib-Grip jointing system.

This mechanical joint system has been

proven for over 60 years, is stronger and

more durable than a welded joint and

carries our no quibble 10 year joint

guarantee. In addition, all other parts

carry an extended 3 year warranty as

standard - just what the professional

needs to ensure peace of mind.

Span 500 Towers are available in both narrow

(0.82m) and wide (1.43m) versions, with

lengths of 2m, 2.5m and 3m. Main tower

components (platforms, toeboards, horizontal

braces and outriggers) are fully compatible

with other Instant towers to provide maximum

flexibility and minimum inventory. The Z-

configuration bracing pattern enables quick,

hassle free assembly whilst providing a very

rigid structure.

Span 500 Towers are compliant with EN1004

and can be assembled in compliance with

Work at Height Directives.

6. TX2000 PlatformThe TX2000 lightweight platform isavailable in standard and trapdoorformats. It provides all-round edgeprotection. All components can beeasily replaced should damageoccur.

4. Automatic locking Brace Hooks& Heavy ‘Rhino-nose’Hooks snap into locked position withoutprior ‘priming’ and an easy-releasecatch design aids disassembly. Thelarge contact area (over 225˚) gives afirm grip. The Rhino-nose is very durablefor arduous site conditions resistingdamage if dropped.
