Who We Are:
The Small Projects Division of Pan-Pacific Mechanical started back in January 2013 and has been growing and expanding ever since. Our “Small” Projects Division has changed our customer’s perception about the range of work Pan Pacific does. The department was started in an effort to update our customer’s mentality that no project is too small for Pan Pacific. Whether it is a five-thousand dollar fixture change or a $750,000 TI project, Pan Pacific’s returning and new customers can expect the same, top notch, quality installation that we have built our reputation on for the past 65+ years. With a second to none service and warranty department encompassed within the small projects umbrella, our clients can be assured that any issues that arise after their project is complete will be handled quickly and efficiently, so as to not disrupt their day to day operations. Pan-Pacific Small Projects Division implements a ‘Concept to Completion’ approach on every job, where our customers are never handed off from department to department, but rather are serviced by the same team that bids, constructs, closes out, and warrants each project. Since 2013, the Small Projects Department has successfully completed over 325 projects, resulting in multiple, repeat, and satisfied customers!

The Small Projects Team:
Steve Valot: Small Projects Division ManagerSteve has been with Pan-Pacific Mechanical for 20 years. He started with Pan as a 1st year apprentice and has marchedhis way up, working in the field, and running several projects prior to becoming the leader and founder of the department.
Stephanie Weimer: Small Projects Sr. Project EngineerStephanie has been with Pan-Pacific since 2014. Starting asan admin within the department, she has grown and advanced, with the aspirations of being a Project Manager. She certainly is a future leader within the department.
Jerry Duncan: Small Projects Purchasing AgentJerry started with Pan-Pacific in 2014 and has beendedicated to the Small Projects Division from the start. Jerry is our “go-to” guy for anything ranging from submittal help to last minute purchase orders. Jerry has been in the purchasing and whole sale industry for 25+ years.
Yolanda Munoz: Small Projects Project AccountantYolanda has been with Pan-Pacific since 2013. Yolandahandles all small projects billings and is responsible for our accounts receivable. Yolanda has 15+ years of accounting experience.
Bryan Hansen: Small Projects Assistant ManagerBryan has been working for Pan-Pacific Mechanical forthe past 9 years. He also started out working in the field as an installer and handles all of Pan-Pacific’s Service and Warranty requests. He has 18+ years of experience in the plumbing industry.
Larry Cochran: Small Projects Project ManagerLarry is a long time Pan-Pacific employee and has been working as a PM for 10 years. Larry brings, not only PM experience, but also field experience as he too, comes from the field. Larry recently joined the Small Projects team and has proven to be a valuable addition to the team.
Ivette Escobedo: Small Projects Project Engineer Ivette joined the team in 2015 with a background in estimating. Always willing to help out the customer in any way, Ivette has been a great addition to the team and adapts to any project.
