The Republic of South Africa is a country located at the southern tip of Africa.

In South Africa there are a lot of languages: Afrikáans, English, Ndebele, Sesotho, Sesotho sa leboa, Setsuana, Suazi, Tsonga, Venda, Xhosa and Zulú.

The History Of South Africa(From 1867 to 1939)

The discover of diamonds in 1867 and gold in 1886 iniciate a war for the control of the mineral recurds of the country between Bóers and Britanics(1880-1881), Britanics lost the war but in the second Bóer war(1899-1902)Britanics won Bóers.In 1934 the South African party and the Nacional patys join to unite Africaners with white angloparlants people but it unsuccessful in 1939 with the entrance of the country in the Second World War allied to UK but the most conservator wing of the party was simpated with the nazi Germany during the war and it separe the party.

In 1948 the Nacional Political Party get the power of the colony and plead a segregacionist and racist system,for example the right to vote president was reserbed to white people only,and black people had to live far away the zones who lived white people.This system wants separe the white race from black race having all the privileges white people. Then in 1960 the 52% of the country vote to separe of Britain,and South Africa obtain the complete independence.

The History Of South Africa(From 1975 to 2010)

In the 1975 the goverment of South Africa send Nelson Mandela to the prision and he took off the prision in 1993,he stay 18 years in prision.And one of the best things happen to South Africa was when Frederic Willem De Klark liberate Nelson Mandela of the prision in 1993.In 1993 white people acceps black people can vote,in 1994 were the first democratic elections to change the goverment and Nelson Mandela wins the elections and becames to be the president of South Africa with the CNA political party,that party nowadays has the political power of South Africa.

Nelson Mandela

Nelson Mandela was the first black president in South Africa. He was 18 years in prision for his idealist ideas,but when he took of the prision he came to be the president.

live in South Africa: 79.3% are black people, 9.1% white, 9%

coloured and 2.6% are asiatic people.

that flow in Atlantic Ocean,the Vaal river that is the principal afluent and the Limpopo that flow in the Indic Ocean, it born near Johannesburg and it marks in the north the frontier with Botswana and Zimbabwe.

but críquet and rugby selections are the most important in South Africa, críquet is very important,South Africa was one of the headquarters of the world cup in 2003,and the rugby selection,called Springboks,has got very good players and they have won the World Cup Of South Africa in 1995 and other World Cup in 2007.

It has got some different sports teams: Football selection,who ‘ll be play in the South

Africa World Cup 2010,it was presented to FIFA for the World Cup of the 2006 but it wons Germany for only one point,but Mandela tries again and he won the votations to the World cup of the 2010.
