SOFRAPER Windvac technology is based on a Venturi powered by a compressed air supply to be connected to the system. By creating a vacuum in the tank, the vacuuming or transfer of charged fluid is enabled. A screw-in float on the 3/4˝ Gas opening enables the WINDVAC vacuum to be clipped on easily and a quick-fit enables the watertight fitting of the flexible vacuum pipe to be connected to the 2˝ gas opening. Suction is controlled by simply opening the air inlet valve.
The safety float stops the vacuuming when the upper level of the tank is reached. As an option, it is possible to channel harmful vapours for external discharge (contact us).
Windvac technology, in contrast to other Venturi systems available on the market is characterised by a very low sound level of 72 db(A) and a high flowrate.

GOLDVAC Evo is a vacuuming and draining machine dedicated to maximized recovery of precious metals during daily cleaning operations performed in workshops and draining of machine tools lubricant tanks before inventories.

TANK-VAC vacuum cleaners and collectors use OPTIMOIL technology and enable collection with or without filtration of all industrial fluids. They suck up chips, sludge and sediment that they separate from the collected fluid and return it either directly or after fine filtration for immediate re-use. The CENTRIPURE range has been developped for demanding applications needing a treatment of the coolant outside the machine tank.
The oil goes directly through the filter and is then reinjected in the machine, producing an oil free of any pollutant.
The fluid continuous stiring prevents bacterial growth and improves the coolant lifespan.
CENTRIPURE is recommanded for precision machinings where the cutting fluid must be 100% regenerated.

Filtration on pleated cartridge FILTECH comes in addition to a band filtration on a centralized coolant station and enables the eliminated of impurities in the coolant before re-use.
The filter housing can take 20'' and 30'' HIGHFLOW FILTECH cartridges that help lower the costs of filtration and intervention.
The great filtration area of FILTECH HIGHFLOW cartridges gives great retention capacity with minimal pressure losses.
The plastic P filter model is a filter housing for great dimension cartridges. Its moulded conception integrates a basculating nut closing and flang connexion, grooved nozzles or union nut.
With its polypropylene loaded with glass fiber design, the filter is extremely resistant to acids and alkalies and great mechanical resistance.

Options
Chips drippings and used coolants from the draining of CNC’s are stored in IBC 1. The fluids are then transfered automatically by batches of 500L into the EASYPURE for treatment.
The regenerated fluid is then stored in the IBC 5 where it is continuously treated by the NANOREACTOR. At this stage the coolant can be used anew.
