The machines of the MINIPURE range eliminate all micro-cuttings, powder, solid particles, free-fl oating oils or oils in emulsion used for lubricating the machine(soluble oils) continuously. Also suitable for spark machining, water jet cutting, etc.

VERSATILITY
Solutions for technical fi lter media for your applications
The cutting fl uid fl ows into the container which is fi lled with a charge of microfi bres in a canvas bag which is easy to remove in order to replace the charge of microfi bres.The microfi bres have great holding for hydrocarbon grease. They are hydrophobic and do not absorb neither water nor emulsifi ed cutting fl uid.On average, a charge of 11 litres microfi bres(approximately 0.7 Kg) recovers 6 litres of oil.
Very high capacity fi lter cartridge (5 m² of fi ltration area). Washable and reusable, simple to install and remove without tools.Filtration rating of 5-20-50 microns, depending on the application.
It is used to collect the largest cuttings.Filtration rating of 150 to 600 microns.Washable and reusable.

MAG-TECH Magnetic fi ltration
The liquid fl ow is channeled around 300 mm long stainless steel magnetic rods, which can collect up to 3 kg of metallic particles.The cleaning of the rods is easly performed thanks to integrated scrapers.MAG-TECH, whose electromagnetic strength is 3 800 Gauss exists in two models, 1 rod or 3 rods and can be combined with a fi ltering bag in the depressure model.Magnetic fi ltration is the most effi cient way of eliminating iron particules from cutting fl uids and other industrial fl uids, including submicron particles

COALESCER
The liquide charged with oil is pumped in the coalescer’s body, consisting of two chambers. By gravity separation or coalescence, the oils migrate towards the second chamber and are evacuated.

NANOREACTOR
The NANOREACTOR allows a reduction of bacterial contamination.
The NANOREACTOR eliminates bacterias in turbid liquids such as cutting oils or coolant fl uids allowing to reduce the dependence on biocides.
It includes a patented high radiation UV system with fl ow divider and a catalytic element. This design allows the exposure of the whole liquid to the UV radiations and its destruction rate is optimized by the catalyst.
Its design allows a gravity fl ow and prevents contact between the liquid and the UV lamp, maximizing the effi ciency of the UV radiation and reducing the frequency of UV lamp cleaning.
