What Sodexo Expect From You
We encourage you to enjoy your work and the experience of
working with each other in a team, however we will not
tolerate:
• Pranks and practical jokes: can result in the those targeted feeling intimidated and humiliated, may present unacceptable risks to the health and safety of all parties involved,
and will expose the Company to several serious risks.
• Harassment and Bullying: “Harassment is any unwanted physical, verbal or non-verbal conduct which has
the purpose or effect of diminishing an employee’s dignity or creating an intimidating, hostile, degrading, humiliating or offensive environment”
We will now watch the Dignity at Work film….
