What makes a good ‘online campaign’?
1. Exposure2. Organisation3. Creativity
People need to see your page! Getting 5 likes or followers is not an option! Don’t create a Facebook page or Twitter account unless you know you can reach a wide audience, the time might be better used on something else otherwise.
Try to get support from outside school. Many students will be bored of page invites – your family and friends outside of school might be more likely to read your page.
Invite 5 people then ask them to invite 5 more and so on – watch your Likes/Followers grow…

A member of your group should be responsible for frequent updates or tweets.
You need to get people talking about your issue and you can only do this by asking questions / informing them of key facts / starting a debate.
The number of comments/ retweets/messages will demonstrate your success at this

Your campaign has to catch peoples’ attention.
Make sure your page backgrounds/ cover photos are creatively chosen/designed and change them frequently to refresh your look
Be sure to use your campaign slogan in prominent places (as with the red image to the right)
