The answer is very simple and we all know is :- Via telephone and meetings.

Earlier business, sharing information, data, files, discussion etc was very difficult but due to the emergence of Internet, it has made our lives easy and convenient.

This was so because everything was done via personal contacts, meetings and all… which means through

face to face personal contacts

members, colleagues, corporate world, and rest of the world via internet only coz its cheap and easily available and accessible.
