I, the undersigned, being duly sworn, state that all facts contained in this Complaint and Affidavit, known by me or told to me by other reliable persons form the basis for mybelief that the defendant committed this crime

State all facts and persons relied upon supporting elements of alleged crime

On November 25, 2014, I met with Randall Stephan in Early in reference to an assault that had occurred. Stephan advised that his step son AaronZimmer had grabbed his throat and choked him during an argument in the vehicle. Stephan advised that after Zimmer grabbed his throat, he kickedhim out of the vehicle and made him walk home the rest of the way home, approxiamtely 4 blocks. Zimmer admitted to a verbal altercation, but deniedanything physical.
